We are getting heaps of acts coming to Darwin at the moment...down south is largely still shut down re the entertainment industry, so they are coming up here to make some money...I'm a little ambivalent, wouldn't come up here otherwise, and now they want our patronage...
Lets see, other than a couple of local small 'garage bands' the last live music of any merit would be Bon Jovi back around 1990 or so (chaperone for our daughter and a few of her friends ) and before that Barbara Mandrel in 1975 ! Yeah I don't get out much.
Finland is the last hope of heavy bands if they can not get other places. NeXT summer Iron. Maiden and Metallica. And The other bands. For sure.

Saw them in Manchester last year. Awesome concert. I thought Deacon Frey was a great addition to the band on place of the late Glenn.
