    Ok, here's an obscure one:

I am looking for more info on a P-51C that operated with the 350th FS, 353rd FG, s/n 2106751WW. The squadron identification is LH.
This P-51 was a radio countermeasures aircraft with the squadron (hence, I believe, the WW standing for Wild Weasel...if so that term is alot older than most think).
    Any help would be appreciated.

    North American P-51B-15-NA Mustang

    Serial 42-106751

Converted to 2 seater for use by 352FG.

There were a few others from that block converted to 2 seaters.

From Joe Baughers fantastic list of US Aircraft Serials

Thanks, that gave a bit more information. It is listed as LH - L with the WW standing for "war weary." It is listed as a squadron hack aircraft but, I have a photo showing it was used for radio countermeasures carrying perfectos II.

    Check out Baughers website,

He lists 42-106755 as being attached to 36BS, a radio countermeasures unit.

What model P-51 is it, a B or C? (They are identical arent they?)

Marne's listing are for P-51D's so they may have continued when they changed models.

Neat site Ali. I noticed that about 106755. But, I have a photo showing 106751 equipped with Perfectos II. The antennas sprouting from the wings and fuselage are too obvious to miss. The aircraft is still marked LH - L so....
