Biak joins the roster of elite Rogues who have submitted field reports to the WW2 Forums.

He sends in this note from the Richard I. Bong Veterans Historical Center in Superior, north Wisconsin, home to Bong's P-38 Lightning. I was always curious about the very high quality of the "Marge" nose art on the aircraft. It might as well be a yearbook photo.

This is the first submission from the Badger State, adding Wisconsin as our 24th of the 50 US States from which we've received cards.

That made me read up on Dick & Marge.
    How sad.

Well worth the stop. You can walk underneath the plane and touch a piece of History. I'm not sure how they did it but here's a closer view of Marge.
