    Thank For the 20 years. I have prostate Cancer and the medication does not work. I have nuclear Sticks but I only get two more years maxximum. This the the enď no medication against it.i try to contact se bett5er Times. All the best

    Kai, I have always been in awe at your persistence on keeping this site on track for discussing the Second World War. I’m truly saddened to hear about your diagnosis. I don’t post as much, I usually just stop by and read. But I do recognize that you are a part of the “special few” that truly give this site its spirit. The people like LRusso, Opanapointer, Slipdigit, Skipper, Biak, Martin Bull, and one of the fellows I still totally miss, …..good old Clint. This site has truly been blessed by these great people and a few others I haven’t mentioned. What’s great about this site is that It makes the world stop for those who visit for a few moments discuss the mistakes of a horrible world event. Those visits will hopefully benefit this world in some small way. I especially give you credit for keeping the Ukraine war in the headlines when the rest of the worlds media is getting bored with it. I guess what I am trying to say is keep up the good posting friend. You’re making a difference!

    I feel close to you with respect to cancer. Some of my very close family members have suffered from the same cancer, so I have much sympathy for your struggle.

    In spite of your ailment, you have established yourself as one of the most valuable and well intentioned members of the WWII Forums. You hold the #1 spot in posts made, and are one of the venerable founding members of the site. In fact, tomorrow is your 20th anniversary of registering for the forums! This makes you the longest serving active member. You contributions to the site are vast. Thank you for that.

    Yes, sites like this one undergo changes, and valuable members drop off the radar sometimes, but we are still here. How many forums and all their valuable posts have disappeared over the past two decades? I tried to rescue a few, sometimes even successfully, but so many great sites and their content have melted into the ether.

    But we are still very much here, even after 22+ years! This site and everything you've done is part of that legacy, one that will only increase. Believe it not not, I have some significant development plans in the pipeline to improve & expand these sites. If old members are here for that, then great, and if new members join to participate in the site, that is also great, but we will still be here, and so will your contributions.

    You might have disagreements with some members, but know that members here are generally not trying attack you. I've seen a few times you have interpreted some posts by members as abrasive, when I can say with confidence they were not so. Maybe if you approach members with a slightly more charitable interpretation, and others do the same to you, we can meet in a more amicable common ground. For the times we don't meet in the middle, we must always remember this is only pixels from the internet and misinterpretations are part and parcel of this platform. You have earned more than enough goodwill here to post as you like (within reason), so I'm happy to address issues as they arise, but know what most all formites see you as I do, a valued member & a respected person.

    I'll agree with you there. This country sucks and the divisions are only getting deeper. It seems the patients have taken control of the Asylum. My wording probably wasn't the best for a Worldwide audience referring to a face size target but, I'm going through some shit and it does a person good to just let loose.

    So Let it out buddy. I wish you the best and can't imagine what your going through. Hell, you could not offend me if you really wanted to.

    Disageeement? Otto you gave a plus to Ricky för saying that Finland started the war against the USSR in 1939. Like Ukraine this spring. Are you too a Putin follower:? Also some other top posters say Ukraine started the war.it seems we are quite far from each other right now or Allways have been. I demanded an apology from Ricky but he said no. He, the others( you find them from the Ukrane thread) and unfortunately YOU,Otto, I must demand apology. If this site and it's owner are saying Russia is innocent, I don't want to be a part of it. My country, Ukraine, my people did not Die so that you can blame them. Ugh! I have spoken. No apology, no Kenraali. :it you still don't know who se tee the war in 1939 and 2022 I will Never come back to this KGB Office. YOU blue-eyed a******??     I did too. Ricky was being sarcastic about Putin's claims regarding what he (Putin) thinks is Russian territory.

    He was NOT, and I repeat NOT, claiming Finland started the wars with Soviet Russia or that the current Russian Empire has ANY claim on Finland's territory.

    Back up and take your blinders off. Ricky was being sarcastic towards the Russians.

    Again. Ricky was using sarcasm, and quite plainly doing so. Several people have posted here confirming this.

    I'm not sure what to say Kai. One cannot control how others respond, but it does seem to be a poor policy to demand apologies for perceived slights from the internet.

    Despite Ricky's post being wholly benign in content, another member was unnecessarily offended by it, and demanded he apologize for it. I liked the post to indicate I understood the humor and feel he has nothing to apologize for.

    You've baselessly accused the owner of this forum, other leadership, members, and anyone else who has crossed your path, of supporting Vlad Putin's aggression against various countries, including your own. You could not be more mistaken and I take it as a personal insult that you would make such accusations toward me, the owner and other members, when such claims could not be further from the truth.

    I do not have to, and furthermore, will not defend my thoughts and actions, where current Russian aggression is concerned and I do not expect any member here to do so, when they have made no statements one way or the other, or have used sarcasm and irony, that you apparently do not understand, in their comments.

    We've been friends for a long time (since 2007) and do not wish to imperil that relationship, but I have reach my saturation point.

    Thanx but I have been given my marching orders. I appreciate your saying. However, a site that supports that Finland started Winter war and Ukraine 2022 war Is not my place. My country, my fellow men, their blood. Means more to me. I promise :it I get Sergei 12,7 that there wil be lots of funerals. In Russia.before I Die. Putin promised to bring the old USSR back. We will give him a bloody concert.
