    Hello all. Looks like I have unintentionally caused a problem here.

    So to be clear

    Kai, the point of my post was (as explained by others above) that both wars were Russian aggression, and I chose to use humour to express that. I have obviously hit a very raw nerve, and I am sorry for having done so. I tend to use humour a lot, and sometimes forget that other people may not appreciate jokes on certain topics - call it a failing of being British. Again, for causing you distress, I do apologise, it really was not my intention. My intention was to agree with your point and make you chuckle.

    Also to be clear, I did not respond earlier simply because I haven't logged in to the forum since I made that post, no other reason

    Shake hands and carry on discussing history?

    Ricky, as much at it pains me to say this, there shouldn't have been a need to explain or apologize for what you posted, it was plain as day.

    In nay case we've resolved the issue for now. File this under irreconcilable differences.
