I saw that a while back, great diorama and amazing creativity on the modeler's part.

"So why aren't we allowed to smoke in the battery room?"

I am sufficiently impressed by the modeler's art.

Very ironic thread, in view of recent developments with the failed attempt to explore Titanic. Just for kicks, I made some changes to my USS Nautilus, a very basic model from Lindberg 1:300 scale. First introduced in 1954. IMG_1228.jpeg IMG_1218.jpeg IMG_1220.jpeg IMG_1229.jpeg

You need to make Capt. Nemo's NAUTILUS. That would be a cool set.

Yeah, they sell them for a hundred bucks, or so I saw on Amazon. LOL. My next sub is going to be the Japanese I-400-class sub, with the aircraft that fly off the deck. Kit by Tamiya is $50.00. 13.70 inches. Supposed to arrive on Thursday.

There was a model shop in Yokosuka that I used to drool in...

I’m at the end of this. I keep saying this, one day I’m gonna mean it. Started around 1956.
