    A cheap New Ray “easy build” for $10.50. That’s what they call it, but cutting is necessary for the landing gear to fit, no problem. Serves the purpose. Comes without paint on some parts, so I painted the propellers, landing gear and guns. Actually, they install the nose gear backwards and it is in permanently from the factory, so I cut that part off with a sprue cutter, perhaps not as noticeable. I may have posted one of these previously, that I threw out. Memory fades.

    B-29s looked HUGE to me when I was a kid. Almost all the images I saw were on TV. Then I got a good look at a cockpit and I realized they were just a bit over 6 feet wide. Still a big plane for the time.
