Eternal adventurer Bobby (A-58) marks his 21st message with a note to the good Rogues from Flora-Bama, a famous bar and concern venue right on the Florida/Alabama border, travelling there for an army reunion. I've noticed that military reunions tend to gravitate around well lubricated venues.
This, the 21st postcard Bobby has sent in, puts him alone in first place for most submission, even when not including his many Christmas cards.

No not at this time. I believe that the Mullet Toss that you are referring to is the last full weekend in April. Upwards of several hundred thousand folks pile into the area to watch celebrities hum frozen mullets like yard darts across the state line. Maybe at each other, I’m not sure.
