سرتیپ ستاد نصرت الله معین وزیری در سال 1317 در شهرستان سنندج متولد شد. پس از طی تحصیلات متوسطه در سال 1337،وارد دانشکده افسری شده و در سال 1340 فارغ التحصیل گردید.

در عملیات "فتح المبین' و "بیت المقدس" ، از اعضای اصلی گروه طرحریزی بوده است . به دریافت نشان های درجه 3 و 2 دانش ؛، درجه 2 و 1 فتح مفتخر شده است.

در سال 1374 و به درخواست شخصی ، بازنشسته شد و بلافاصله به صورت خرید خدمت ، مجدداً مشغول به خدمت گردید و تاکنون (1386) به عنوان محقق و نویسنده در ارتش فعالیت می کند.

Introducing the author

Brigadier General Nusrat Allah Moin Vaziri was born in 1938 in Sanandaj. After graduating from high school in 1958, he entered the faculty and graduated in 1961.

In the operations of "Fatah al-Mubin" and "Jerusalem", he was one of the key members of the planning group. He has been honored with the badges of 3rd and 2nd grades of "Danesh" medal , 2nd and 1st grades of "FATH" Medal.

In 1995, after a personall request, he retired and immediately returned to active service as a service purchaser, and has been working as a researcher and writer in the Army till 2007.
