I have managed to find a digital copy of “The Dam Busters” by Paul Brickhill. This seminal work documents the activities of Barnes Wallis and 617 squadron from the first seeds of the ideas of specialised bombs at the very start of the war right through to the sinking of the Tirpitz in 1944.

If any member is interested in a copy of this book, please PM me giving the following details:

    1. Your “War44” nickname
    2. The email address where you would like me to send it
    3. The format you prefer (Kindle, PDF or ePUB)

    Regards to all.
