We haven't received any answers yet - are people taking their time to find the answers (they shouldn't be that difficult), or are you just sleeping? Considering that we haven't received anything yet, the chance of winning if you do submit an answer is pretty good.
That one might be a bit difficult, but some of the other questions should be relatively easy. Some can be found quite easily on the Internet, others have been discussed in the past on the forum. Searching for the answer on Google will probably not give you mny answers, due to the nature of the questions. Rather look in books or various websites.
