As sniper1946 said it Is a Tula made rifle,looks to be pretty much in its original condition from its last issue as well,Though it was probably slightly refurbished at one point being the magazine floor plate is a restamp. "7.62mm x 54R Russian" is put there by the Importer when it arrives to their store
