I know this is not the 2nd WW, but if anyone has any information on what life was like back in New Zealand during the 1930 period at the beginning of the war, then I would love to hear about... [IMG]

I'm from NZ and my countries World War history intrigues me...

Hello Lone Soldier--nothing yet. I tried Alta vista and one other search engine--and I didnt spot anything that you were looking for--not saying I didnt miss something but--I only had time for quick glimpses in a few sites--mostl they were travel related.

PS, Ask Jeeves is a big waste of time too.

If not for my training i would have given up a long time ago...maybe in this case retreat is the better option?
