    After a couple hours' search, I was able to identify the location of the first photo: Bagnara Calabra, Calabria, mainland, Italy.

    The second photo is Cannitello in Calabria, which I found tonight in Google Maps.. The building on the right is the church of Maria di Porto Salvo.
