3./PZ.-Rgt.29 ID Disc for sale on Dutch site

    Not quite sure, but was this an SS unit?

    What would ID discs like this usually 'go for'?

    And what are the moral implications of dealing with this? This apparently was a disc belonging to a particular soldier. And the only way to ID him, as he most likely was KIA. The ad says this was recently dug up in the former East Germany.

    Anybody any thoughts on this?

    Hi Stevin: I am not sure what values are like over there but that disk would probably go from 30 dollars on up over here. As far as moral dilemas go I wouldnt think that would be an issue, its a collectible piece of history the same as anything else thats German or Nazi.
