37 Pattern webbing haversack

Hi all, firstly home this post is in the right place, recently purchased a 'job lot' of 37 webbing, included was a small pack/haversack with a loop and buckle on the front and a 6 inch strap on the back. No legible stamping inside, is this a later modification, different issue or just a repro copy?? Hope someone can cast a light.
