5th Buffs N. Africa April '43

I'm not too bright, esp. in comparison to many here, with the old internet searching.

I'm looking for info on the 5th Buffs during early April '43 during an attack on DJEBEL EN NAHEL from which LUMPKIN Jack Thomas L/Cpl 6289582 was awarded the MM.

I've only found a couple of links vaguely describing the action from the perspective of the North Irish Horse, so I'd really appreciate any pointers.
