hello WWII vets and enthusiasts, I had a general question about the on board oxygen tanks found in most fighter aircraft. I wanted to know how long a pilot could rely on a tank of oxygen, and if they carried more than one tank. I've searched the internet for information on this topic, but there's isnt too much info on how long these tanks would last until they had to use another tank or drop altitude. Maybe it was never an issue because one tank could last the entire flight. thanks
