Replace the rusty tandem with a customized Harley Davidson and this idea would be cool.

Actually, that looks a lot like a photo of a real prototype. I recall seeing a photo of a sidecar rig that was a simple platform like shown here. The MG gunner knelt on the platform, which was attached to the bike. I believe the set-up was pre-WWI. Of course, they didn't have AT rockets then!

Right. But a Harley would be cool if the enemy's attacking you and you have to fight back. Maybe a Harley frame with a silenced engine?

The Ferret's weighs in at 1.5tons. Both armed with a pair of 7.62mm machine guns (at least the Warbow)

SturmTiger you are almost right, its an MG3 (you know the modern 7,62 mm version of the MG42) with optic sight (we both have day sight and night-vision for it)

    Forget this untested prototype.

What about series produced AT Vespa or Piaggio from hell:

How so? As Jens stated the MG3 is a modernised version of the mg42 with night sight etc. and therefore has greater capability - not necessarily in terms of firing rate but in overall use. I believe barrel life is also greater in modern versions.

MG42 is also 7,92 mm which is not NATO standart ammo therefor it would be, from a logistic point of view, stupid to use when we use NATO standart ammo for all the other weapons.

to the picture, I have found out, from other places on the internet, that the picture was made because they, those who took the picture, was tired of continue mechanical problems with their vehicle so they made this alternative recce vehicle (SPJESK mean they are recce).
