Just curious. I have been a fan since ca 1980-81 when I bought the Kings of the Wild Frontier cassette. Any other Ant fans here?

    ;)

Read some months ago Adam´s autobiography Stand And Deliver. Not always a happy story but after reading it understood alot about what had happened during the years and why he was out of businez for so long. I´d love to see him make another tour because many artists have made great comeback tours ( who were huge stars in the 1980´s ).

I just wonder how I managed to miss his affair with Heather Graham...??

    Thanx ...Adam!

    I mean the video was..interesting.

I recall Adam Ant was actually about to make some live shows back in 2000-2001 but his illness did not allow him to get on stage. Hope he gets another chance.

I do rather like Adam Ant, a friend of mine bought her house from him which is pretty cool.

Just noticed. Adam has started touring again. I did read his memoirs in which he states he got such panic attacks he could not go on stage. Seems he is getting over this. Anyone been to his concert yet? ;)

I also read that he is bipolar which caused much of his problems.

    Wow!

Just bought Adam´s live gig featuring early songs from his fan site.

    excellentttttttttt....

I can only recommend it. The man is back after years. "Dirk live at the Apollo"...

I got badges and shirts and stuff from 1981 from staying in England in Sidmouth and London for a month during a language course...and I found everything...Incredible... :)

Check this although 2 years back. The mentioned vid for sale was spring 2014 if I recall correctly. Now you can get all the great shirts at Adam´s site as well. Sorry about the ad but I know nobody but Adam fans want those.

Post some pics of your Ant stash KP. ..Those nostalgic concert t shirts/buttons are really desireable today. Washed all my concert T's into rags by now.

Sure Poppy. They area at our summer cottage now but I got them in a safe place.

Incredibly enough in ca 1983 as I was a member of the Ant fan club, and was not getting any fan mail even I had paid the fee, I sent a complain letter. Some time later I got a big letter with three or four Adam´s pics, with two signatures, and a piece of the cloth he was wearing in the strip video. Adam was angry that the fan club people did not do their job and told us all he was sorry and was going to hire new people. Incredible day then.... :) I guess his hand was in pain after sending autographs to all those fans...

Adam seems to have made a US tour as well playing all the "Kings of the wild frontier" album/cd whichever you like to call it. I think it is not over yet his music career and touring. Excellent news!
