I think he was meaning that if you publically voice an opinion like many of those on this thread, that black africans are tending to run businesses etc into the ground (despite all the actual reasoning you employ) you will simply be branded rascist.

    Oh yes. I understand now.

Not to worry, I fully expect to get roasted for anything I say on any forum. Just goes with the territory. Besides, the world is so politcally correct now that facts and figures no longer matter.

Fortunately, there are enough folks here who have enough brains that they can think freely and read what we are actually trying say. :D

totally. i hate political correctivness. I get roasted for calling mentally "challenged" people "retards, when in fact retard means delay , and these people are mentally delayed, so it makes sense. The nicer words you come up with will eventually become offensive and you'll have to replace them. personally, if you can't handle reality, then your in a rather dubious state.

Incentive to work? Explain. I'd say the problem isn't so much that the dictators don't give them incentive to work as much as corruption and mismanagement wastes most of what they produce... which is not much to start with, anyway.

Meaning that if they produce something, there's a good chance that what they've produce will be taken by the government, or they will suffer large taxes, since it is in the dictators' best interest to keep their population poor.
