    Would this be your typical Ahnenerbe uniform? I would like to know what kind of uniform/insignias they wore.

    the image above is what I think they wore when they weren't wearing civilian clothing. If you notice the man has a lebenrune diamond and a RFSS cuff title.

    yes ,this is Ahnenerbe .
    Algemeine SS uniform with the lebensrune on the sleeve and RFSS sleeveband.
    (RFSS reichsfuhrers personal staff .)
    Arheologists in uniform ? yea ..Otto Rahn was a famous man already in his time an its said was the example for the fictional character of Indiana Jones .Remember 7 years in Tibet ? Ahnenerbe antropologists in uniform . Heraldics , Filology , literature , medical doctors ,engineers ,artists architects and many other scholars in SS uniform too .
