Am I the only one who finds the naval command structure fairly lackluster? It is quite hard to place command with any realism. It should be more like the Army commands. Whereas you can only arrange ships into fleets, you should be able to make ships into squadrons. For example, Admiral Ozawa would command the entire task force bound for the Marianas in 1944. Admiral Kurita, under him, would command the Battleships, and Admiral Ugaki, under Kurita, would specifically command BB Squadron 1, the Yamato and the Musashi. Or Nimitz would command the entire Pacific Theater, while Spruance and/or Halsey commanded the 5th/3rd Fleet, under which Mitscher commanded the CVs. And the extremely high commands should be able to have an HQ division as well. I don't think Admiral King did much sailing. Nor, for that matter, did General Arnold do that much dogfighting. They could easily patch it into HoI3 or put it in (PLZZZZ let there be one) HoI4.
