Hi guys. I am new to the wargames. In fact, I have only played twice to Axis & Allies. Once it was with Axis & Allies revised and the second it was with the Pacific version.

Are there any Axis & Allies players here? What game have you played?

I played the original a bit and found it a brilliant design that captured a lot of the strategic historical choices for very limited complexity, so I was ready to overlook some "design for effect" departures from history. BTW there is a JAVA based computer version of the original that can be played by email .
Not that this is from someone who played wargames since 1968 and is perfectly ready to quibble about a single combat factor in a 2000 counters game.

If you have Steam (on the PC) and have 'Tabletop Simulator' (relatively cheap game) you can find people to play Axis&Allies with on there, or Global War 1939 which is based off of Axis&Allies.
