    Absolument!

The parade is usually opened by the polytechnical school, and closed by the Foreign Legion.

Foreign Legion are the only unit to have a slower step, which remembers that they use to walk in the sand of the desert.

Also after the salute all other units divide in 2 and leave the Champs Elysées by its left and right sides.Foreign Legion is the only unit who doesn't follow this rule, as it "shall never divide"....
