Very close, but no cigar...it's a virtual copy; the Argentine PAM-1-in 9 mm Parabellum-produced in quantity during the early 1950s..

Hahaha !!  Yeah yeah Ok i confess ;) :D

    A PAM-1 in 9mm parabellum, you say ? very nice !

I sure couldnt tell the difference between a Greasegun and a PAM-1 on you picture, its too dark.

    Best regards, KBO.

Unfortunately it is a bit dark-could not get a proper shot., but , l can't put THAT piece on the scanner...Actually the US M3 and the M3A1 had an an attachment which enabled them to fire the 9mm Parabellum round, since there were huge stocks of captured ammo- l traded a Brazilian INA model 1950 SMG (a Madsen Mod. 1946 made under license in Brazil, but chambered for the.45 ACP round) for the PAM-1. A collector in Maryland actually offered me a PSSH 41 7,62 in trade but l wouldn't go for that..Already have one (Dewat, of course) Here's a"Comando"model of the Hi-Power as manufactured in Argentina in the 1990s from a manufacturer's pamphlet.
    Best REgards!

    P.S. am a guillotine man myself- :p
P.S.S.-check the "AFVs at the Aberdeen" topic for a new photo...

Actually it's a 11,35 mm-(also referred to in some countries as an 11,43..)wThe M3 was designed in such a manner that by changing the barrel and the bolt and an adaptor to the magazine it can use the 9 mm Parabellum...yes, l meant to say "Madsen"- getting tired-it's been an 18 hour day for me... :p
