This is a total shot in the dark, the long shot of all long shots--of course! But just wondering if they were any vets on the board who ever came across my grandfather.

    A little background info:
    • Was at Pearl Harbor from approx 1940-1942
    • In Australia (Camp Caves, near Rockhampton), approx 1943
    • Goodenough Island, approx 1943-44
    • Took part in Hollandia invasion, April 1944
    • Friends of his that I know of: Bud Johnson, who lost an eye; Robert Kilgo
I'm currently writing a history of my grandfather based on his letters to my grandmother and some other research I'm doing on my own.

Like I said, this is a total shot in the dark, but if you know anything about the stuff I listed above, I'd be fascinated to hear it!
