CBI - Land Campaign

    Hi, I have fairly decent books on the ETO and on the American efforts in the PTO, but nothing comprehensive on the land campaign in the PTO (Burma, Malasia, etc).

    Can anybody recommend anything good?

    Well that's not really the PTO, that's more CBI... ;)
