    Why is this news? It's been going on for decades...as well as the countermeasures. We do it to them, they do it to us. Written as if the author does not know how the "game" is played.

    Of course they only tell one side of the story, you do not hear of our spying on them.

    Australia does not have any surface ELINT platforms that I am aware of, but they have several aircraft platforms, and just signed a deal to acquire four MC-55 Peregrine ELINT aircraft.

    Wonder what they have been, or will be, doing?

    Chinese spy ship arrives off Qld coast

    US Rocket system Australia doesn't have...looks brutal.
    And an Australian RBS-70 anti air in the foreground by the looks...Not sure why they are sitting out in the open though...
