Making the absolute most of the Dambusters 60th Anniversary - the Barbican Film Centre in London is tomorrow showing a restored 35mm print of the classic film.

I must have seen it twenty times on TV/video but this'll be the first time I've ever seen it on the 'big screen'....

I just got back from the Barbican - great experience ; worth seven quid just to hear the Merlins on the soundtrack  !

Superb new print of the film, no snap, crackle or pop. Tears came to my eyes as Gibson says :

' Well chaps, my watch says it's time to go '

    - and even my wife admitted to enjoying the film..... ;) :D
