Anybody got info on deichselschlepp and me-262?
How many times was it used and what were the results?

As well I know it was used with Arado so results with other planes are welcome as well.

You can see a photo of this on this site:

From what i've seen and read the deichselschlepp was just a towing arm that was attached to the arado ar-234. to which was originally attached a fuel tank but later on experiment were carried out on towing a fieschler fi-103 flying bomb. haven't found anything on its use with 262's.

    Experimentation only with the 262.

I know of two forms of a Fiesler type of aerial bomb carried behind and below the 262 but it so screwed up the flioght characteristics of the 262 that it was dropped. The decrease in speed was sufficient enough to cause a major concern if encountered in battle by Allied fighter escorts.
