Does anyone know how to move your rank up?

    Does anyone know how I get the stars on top of where your medals go? I see people with less posts than me and have either an eagel and 2 stars, or just 3 stars. I was just wondering if it was going by the number of posts that someone has.

    The people who have stars are moderators of the forums
    There are only two other people who have something different...Otto...has a special symbol because this is his site...and C.Evans has something because he is an administrator.
    Everyone else are "soldiers"...and only get medals and promotions.
    If you look everyone who has stars moderate at least a thread or two.
