Early 20th century military souvenirs

    An example of an 1930s Military souvenir . These were sold in Garrisson cities (in this case Suippes).

    Different plates with camp names were availble for other cities and one could get brass ink pots with small helmetsas a lid or a clock .etc.. Something in between art deco and kitch that has become quite rare nowadays. The models with the FT-17 Tank are expensive. mine represents a Hotchkiss MG. They also exist with a servant behind the MG.
