Tamiya have the SdKfz 222 and the SdKfz 231 ( Eight-wheeler ) as well. Something called Historic Plastic Models have the SdKfz 231 ( Six-wheeler ) as well as the SdKfz 232 ( Radio car version of the six-wheeler I believe). All 1/35 scale.

Airfix has the Sd.Kfz.222 in a kit with a Kübelwagen in 1:72 scale.

I made a slight error in my previous post on this thread, Tamiya doesn´t have the SdKfz 231, but the SdKfz 232 which is the radio car version of the SdKfz 231. I´m sure it is possible to convert it into an SdKfz 231 though.

I know you prefer 1/35,but a company called Roden has 1/72 versions of the 231,232 and 263.
