New member here. Have always had an interest in WW2 history (as well as the maelstrom of WW1 and Korea), Have been attending the WWII Weekend at Reading for years, Have done some reading, watch documentaries, enjoy movies that are supposed to have some historical accuracy. Never pursued it seriously. Have collected a number of books - specifically first person memoirs - over the years and have dove into them lately. Specifically the Eastern Front. Don't know how much I can add, but I'm here for the resources to read and learn.
Glad to have you. One of our other members has also been to the Reading show. Somewhere there is a thread with some pictures. Use the Search function to find it. First person accounts are interesting to read, not only of the Eastern Front but all theaters of the war. Sit down, look around and enjoy yourself. Contribute what you can, we always are interested in fresh eyes on a topic,.
Welcome to the forum. I go to Leesport Farmers Market or Adamstown when that is on. Collectables are way cheaper. Rich A. in Pa.
