Believed to have been a grenade range used by Polish troops-
"Bomb disposal experts have been called out after Fife gardeners dug up Second World War grenades in their allotments.
Ordnance has been found at Silverburn Park in Leven at least twice in recent months.
Fife Council has ordered a full survey, forcing the gardeners to clear them of vegetables at the peak of the growing season.
The area is believed to have been used as a training ground for Polish soldiers during the Second World War."
