Hey guys.I'm back from Vegas. It's good to see some discussion on GB III,but we really should finish GB II first. I really like the idea of the winner picking the subject of the next GB.It kind of gives you something to shoot for.Aside from the awesome certificate that is. I'd be more than willing to do aircraft for a GB.Although I hate masking off the canopies,it's a main feature of WWII aircraft. Boba got her SU-85 in the mail,so we are ready to go in Chi-Town.
Hey PP.Did you find anything to build yet?Today is payday so I'm gonna hit the LHS and stock up on supplies.
PP and me are going to the biggest modelling place we know to get a good kit for him. On February 2nd, 2007... It shall begin.
Is it February 2nd already? Why doesn't anybody tell me anything? What I meant, was that on that day (this friday), we're going to said store. It's a ways out of town so we needed to pick a day on which we both had time.
Missing a day or two shouldn't matter. We have six weeks to build our respective vehicles. That's plenty of time for even the most meticulous of modellers.
true.. but if I take a look at the progress I've made on my SturmTiger over the past two weeks, I start to doubt it... But I'm going to get it done somehow! Friday's the day!
Put the ST on the back burner for a bit.I've got a Polish 1/35 7TP I've been working on for almost two years.I couldn't decide on a paint job.I just finished the basic camo scheme today and now it's going back in the stash while I concentrate on GB II.
it wasn't so much a distraction as it was an attempt to make Ricky see there are none competing. As far as I know?
No it is not.You forgot about Mrs. ST,otherwise known as Boba Nette. She's doing a 1/35 Tamiya SU-85. So this makes two young ladies that are participating?
Shame on me! I should have known! I'm truly sorry Boba and ST, I'm truly ashamed about this line of jokes. Ricky was absolutely right.
