    Hi ST and JCalhoun,

    thanks for your comments on this one. I think I've overlooked that only armed halftracks were allowed. Very good point anyway, I think that might solve the problem very well. At least for me! ;)

    We might also try the following concerning the spare parts:
    we could allow some extras just for this build because it's such a thematic one. The admin team could then decide upon which parts are to be allowed, before or after the build.
    ST, I think your idea on the team's role here is pretty nice. We should be aware of problems that occur with popular votes, such as the ties we've seen in GB II.

    It looks like GB III is almost a fact! Yeey

    It probably won't be an issue all that often,but if some type of aftermarket part is essential to the build,it should be allowed.As for the popular vote,if there is a tie for first,so be it.JC nd BN slugged it out to a draw.They definately earned it.I personally find it a bit annoying that Boba crushed my my M36B1 her first time at bat in 1/35 scale! :D But she earned it.Let's get this build going.I have settled on something I have in the stash.Boba wants to research what she's going to build.

    A little bit of Rick Flair there ST? :p

    I want to say that the certificates are very nice. It is one of the reasons I asked that info about the vehicle you submit be supplied. The certificate has that info on it and it will make PP's job easier. Plus it adds a bit of quality to the build for the voters to look at.

    hey, that's actually kinda cool.
    We sure should consider it!

    But what am I to put on the certificates instead of specs? :p :D

    I think JC meant submitting specs for the vehicle with the picture of the model.

    PP;
    It will give you a little bit of info to go by on the more obscure AFV's. Obviously a Sherman or Tiger or something similar will have plenty of info that can be easily found.

    I think it will also add a bit of classiness to the build. Gives a little more for the voters to dig into.
