Thank you all. This will be my day to eat my first Chickenfried-steak in 16 months. Im a-looking forward to it. Does anyone live near a Cracker Barrel Restaurant? theirs is excellent. Take care all.
Mr. Evans!! Certainly hope you were able to park relatively close to the front door of the resturant! After their chicken-fried steak (with all the other goodies!) you're gonna need to "roll out" to the auto!! HAPPY EASTER, EVERYONE!!
Carl, the Cracker Barrel rocks!!!!! Good eats. All they need is some WW2 old gear to add to the decor
Thanks for all the nice wishes. Hope your Easter was excellent--mine was! A.GREG: I enjoyed it very much--im still stuffed from Sunday afternoon. I did have the steak, with sides of dumplins and fried apples--plus the customary free melt-in-your-mouth-and crumble-in-your-hands biscuits. I also had 2-1/2 glasses of the best sweetened tea you can get. To USSBOWFIN: Glad to see you here, and I was taken to my car in a wheelbarrell. To Erich Hartmann: 100% agree with you. This one in C.C. Tx, does have an old .22 rifle, but I think thats as military as they get. I would like to see some WW2 Gear there too. They were extremely crowded (as always) maybe in 3-4 more days, I will go eat there again with my friend Cheri, and that is probably when I will be hungry again. Take care--Carl.
