    Hello,

I just joined this group yesterday. My main interests are in the Military Railway Service and Coast Artillery, but I also research Hospital Trains as well.

I used to be involved with the 30th Division re-enactment group near Raleigh, and have kept all of my gear. Currently I try to promote WWII history at the North Carolina Transportation Museum with our Hospital Car, built in 1945 and other military transportation artifacts.

I am presently looking for these manuals (originals preferred) if anyone has any extra:

FM 4-49 Coast Artillery Rail Mounted Gun
    TM 5-405 Railway Operating Battalion
    TM 5-410 Railway Shop Battalion
FM 55-50 Military Railroads and the Military Railway Service
    FM 55-55 Railway-Operating Battalion
    FM 55-60 Railway Shop Battalion

That's very interesting, Larry, we need people with knowledge on transportation systems. Welcome aboard!

Isn't Marne part of the 30th Div Reenactment group?
