When making your request, you will want to provide them the exact description from all three columns for each line item (I hope that makes sense). There is a limit on how much they will fulfill per document request. They will provide you with a quote which you can accept or not, so you are not locked in just by making the request. The downside to having them make the copies is that there are sometimes duplicate documents in the files, so you end up paying for them twice or more. If you can go to College Park yourself, you shouldn't have that problem.
