Helmet help here please?

    So I bought this helmet that looked like an M1 helmet, but looked closer and it did not look like an M1 helmet on the inside. For example, the liner was plastic and all painted green. The leather chinstrap is kind of like a burlap material. Below, I have some pictures of it, so if someone could kindly identify what it is, that would be fantastic :D

    Dutch, Danish, Swedish or Swiss manufactured/ repurposed in 1971....hence the U-SCH71 stamp. It would make a good helmet cover display.

    Belgian would suit me too, I have a Dutch one in a box in my garage and it's slightly different . These helmets are often used by reenactors and are worth a few euros a piece.

    I think this helmet is Austrian. The code U-SCH is the manufacturer: Ulbricht Schwanenstadt. The 71 is the year of production: 1971.
