Nice one! I'm searching for my photo where a German Medic and Soldier tending a French Pilote which was shot down. (And then a little information with it)
I don't have that one but if you are interested I have one with a German who is helping a French soldier he just shot moments earlier. I will keep looking for more.
This is a photo from a German Fieldhospital (Feldlazarett) at 'Grogneau' in 'Thynes'. German Medic tending the French Pilot. Which was shot down by an attack on the bridges over the 'Maas'. As Image and Attachment. Maybe something for your collection too Skipper67?
It is certainly interesting. Cheers for that. Probably shot down during the "May Days" in 1940 . Do you have the exact date?
