"A holocaust survivor who fled to Scotland after escaping the Nazis has died just weeks after celebrating his 100th birthday.
Tributes have been paid to Henry Wuga who spent decades educating people about the horrors of the Holocaust.
Mr Wuga fled Nazi Germany on the Kindertransport at the age of 15, before making Glasgow his home.
He trained as a chef and then married his wife Ingrid who died in 2020.
Former first minister Nicola Sturgeon led tributes to Mr Wuga, posting on X formerly known as Twitter: 'Henry was an extraordinary human being. While the world is a poorer place for his passing, there is no doubt that his life made it better."
