    Here is a great link, it is the report from Phillip B. Sharpe which I had quoted in a past post concerning the "range" of the Thompson SMG. I finally found the entire report again, and thought the forum might be interested in reading the entire thing.

    and please read all the "sub-varients" that were experimented with by Gen. Thompson. Including a "shot shell" for the Tommy gun!

    Must have been a skilled shooter to obtain that high accuracy at those ranges.
