I was doing a google search on "tonnage war" and this was the 1st entry on the second page! http://www.ww2f.com/what-if/12126-german-tonnage-war-strategy.html I 'have' too redo this thread now, it was my very first What If. My knowledge and experience in the last year have been greatly added too by membership here on the WW2F.com site! This time around, I'll make sure to include better background, links too historical sites and pictures as well as doing a better job of explaining the concept.
