I have a pack of 4 (I think) cigarettes printed, "I shall return" with
a printed signature, "Douglas MacArthur". It has an American and a
Philippine flag, and its printed on both sides. The pack has a
    cellophane wrapper.

I came by it as a very young boy, so my memory of the source is shady
and uncertain. It was definitely given to me as a souvenir by an
uncle returning from ww2, and I think he was a navy sailor in the
pacific. The uncertainty, is due to the fact that I had three uncles
returning from service, and I am not 100% certain that I correctly
remember which uncle gave it to me.

Have you any knowledge of its worth, and where it might be sold. I am
up for selling it, or perhaps donating it to a museum.

Thanks for any advice you may offer.
