Identification help please? Are these german ski boots?

    A friend of mine found these boots, we thought they might be german ski boots but aren't sure at all!?! Maybe someone can chime in?

    They look like civilian ski shoes to me. Thye are possibly German markings but they could be Austrian or even Swiss made too

    I agree with Skipper. I have no great knowledge of ski boots, but the markings, fittings etc of these do not seem typical of German WWII military.

    I was considering this possibility too...but they are stamped "1944" I was sceptical about civilian ski boots being produced in 1944, I'm not sure though! Thank's for your help!!!!!!

    I've done a bit of in-depth Googling : they don't seem to be WWII German or Italian. However, the partial-canvas construction points to the possibility of them being Swedish military....?

    They are overboots for ski with WWII german WH markings,...gess???

    They sorta look like French, but I could be wrong. I have a pair of French ski boots
