IDPF Help

Hi all, looking for assistance on an abbreviation from the IDPF that I just received. On the 'Report of Burial' under 'Cause of Death', can anyone help with "S.P.V"? The quality of the copy/original is not great...

After further research, I'm begining to think it's 'S.F.W.', or Shell Fragment Wound 'in Left Temple'.
