I'll admit we in the print media rejoice when we get to scoop our TV counterparts, especially since they can go live. I know this is supposed to be a light and funny thread. Yes, and whilst the Pope is some of the most widely covered people by the media, he's one of the worst covered. Like the Pope in Africa (all was about condoms, condoms, condoms...) or the Holy Land (all was about he shaking hands with a Muslim imam awho had just ranted about Israel)... as if the man (perhaps the smartest of all world leaders today and in a long time) hadn't just delivered dozens more speeches and homilies with very important things!
